Kean uncertainty to continue at Blackburn Rovers
10:10am Monday 24th September 2012 in News
By Andy Cryer, Blackburn Rovers reporter
BLACKBURN Rovers will not be releasing a statement on Steve Kean's future today - as his managerial position continues to hang in the balance.
As revealed in the Lancashire Telegraph this morning, lengthy talks have been held by the owners over Kean's future with a decision to replace him understood to be all-but made.
Rovers have this morning declined to comment other than to say there will be no statement today, with negotiations expected to continue.

I would not be surprised if he stayed however he must be the laughing stock of football, including the dressing room. Also, the more this goes on the more stupid Venky's look. Whatever the outcome he must be in a very weakened position.

Andy Cryer is a reporter who tells it how it is and has written enough critical articles and done enough critical interviews telling all concerned how useless the manager is. You can not ask more than what he has done. Remember he is an employee of the Lancashire Telegraph and must abide by the regulations.
If he does go it won't be any thanks to Mr Cryer, the man who has helped prolong Keans reign at the expense of the fans.
He gets too much criticism on here when from day one he has been on the supporters side and defenders us in the media.

To replace him with Alan Shearer? A no-good selfish individual who is only out for himself? Jesus wept you ingrates.
If anything you should be thanking Kean. He brought Jordan Rhodes in for chrissakes. And Kean should be negotiating his pay rise, not a severance package. No respect.
And you still stay away from Ewood? Call yourself fans.
