FOOD lovers across East Lancashire queued to experience some of the region's finest produce at a festival.
Thousands turned up at Stonyhurst College grounds near Clitheroe to taste and buy the finest food and drink at the 90 stalls.
Pie, bread, sausage and flower producers from across the North West were just a few delights available at the Stonyhurst Food Lovers Festival.
Many visitors found themselves queuing to get into the festival but a mix of demonstrations by celebrity chefs and family fun helped make the weekend a success.
The two-day event, organised by North West Fine Foods, based in Skelmersdale, aims to raise the profile of quality food and drink producers in the region.
The festival was a first for the Ribble Valley but the Food Lovers Festival is in its third year.
