A 44-year-old man was air-lifted to hospital after falling off his motorbike in Bolton-by-Bowland.
The incident happened at 12.40pm yesterday in Settle Road.
He suffered chest and spinal injuries and was conscious before travelling to Royal Preston Hospital.
No other vehicles were involved.
