LEWIS Carroll’s much loved story tale Alice in Wonderland was brought to life this weekend.
Children and families watched as the 1865 classic tale of Alice’s trip to wonderland was performed in Blackburn Cathedral on Saturday.
The performance was due to be held in the cathedral grounds but the torrential downpours resulted in the show being held indoors.
Children were treated to a condensed version of the story at the hour-long performance.
They met the key characters including Alice, the White Rabbit, Queen of Hearts and Mad Hatter.
