PLEASINGTON golf teen Brogan Townend enjoyed a better second round yesterday in her Faldo Series Grand Final campaign.
The Royal Clitheroe Grammar School Sixth Form student registered a seven-over-par 79 at China’s Mission Hills Golf Club.
It was an improvement on her opening round 85, but puts in joint 51st position for the competition.
Townend was crowned girls’ champion at the Faldo Series Grand Final in Northern Ireland last September.
