FORMER Blackburn Rovers winger Keith Gillespie is to hold a talk in the Ribble Valley.
The returned footballer, who also played for Manchester United, will appear at The Grand Venue in York Street, Clitheroe, on Friday, January 22.
The show will take place from 7pm to 11pm and tickets cost £11.50.
A spokesman said: "Keith Gillespie was dubbed the new George Best when he broke into Manchester United’s first team at age 18. But his autobiography, How Not to be a Football Millionaire, revealed how the former Blackburn Rovers’ winger saw his gambling spiral out of control, losing an astonishing £7 million."
