ON-TRIAL midfielders Dean Furman, Giles Coke, Sacha Petshi and Liam Nolan will be a given further chance to impress Blackburn Rovers boss Gary Bowyer after being selected for the club’s warm-weather training camp in Portugal.
South Africa captain Dean Furman, 27, who turned down a new deal at Doncaster in order to further his career, gave Rovers the lead in Saturday’s 2-0 win at Accrington Stanley.

And he will be joined on the plane by Coke, 29, who is looking for a new club after his release from Sheffield Wednesday, Petshi, 23, whose last club was French third-tier outfit Bastia and who has impressed in training since joining up with Bowyer’s squad in the middle of last week, and former Crewe Alexandra youngster Liam Nolan, 20.
The quartet all featured against Stanley.
