Nelson marched into the third round
Peter Wright netted a hat-trick as Nelson made light work of Irlam to move into the third round of the North West Counties League Challenge Cup.
Wright gave Nelson a 2-0 with goals in the 31st and 35th minutes before Steve Mills pulled one back.
Adnan Ahmed restored the two goal cushion before the break before Wright (55), Roberts Grimes (85) and Sakeel Abdullah (89).
