Injury-hit Colne slipped to defeat at Flixton despite a battling performance. Andrew Keogh headed Flixton in to a second minute lead but Colne were level soon after through a Andy Tinker header.
Billy Priestley was sent off iearly after the break and Dominic Craig scored from the resulting free kick.
