BARNOLDSWICK made it three wins out of their last four matches to climb to ninth place in the NWCL Premier Division.
Mark Threlfall gave Town the half time lead thanks to a 22nd minute penalty.
Glossop North End, 14th in the division, levelled five minutes in to the second half through Jay Mehmet.
But Barlick were not to be denied their victory and they regained the lead three minutes later through Aaron Hollindrake which proved to be the winner.
