SEAN Dyche is happy to see Burnley back at Turf Moor today but he admits they are facing a 'very fine side' in Tottenham Hotspur (3pm).

The Clarets have played their last four games on the road and they've had a gap of 48 days since a home league game, when they drew with Chelsea.

Dyche's side are at home on Tuesday to Stoke City as well and they could take a major step towards Premier League safety this week, but the Clarets chief is sticking to his usual mantra.

"We can only go one game at a time, I'm bored of my own voice saying that," he said.

"The facts are we get on with it one game at a time, we don't take anything for granted.

"We're coming off the back of five out of six away games so we're glad to be back at Turf Moor, no guarantees but statistically it shows we've been stronger there. We'll be taking on a very fine side in Tottenham."

While Burnley have won nine at home this season Tottenham, like the Clarets, have had their struggles on the road, winning just four times.

But Dyche is still expecting a tough test and he is full of admiration for White Hart Lane boss Mauricio Pochettino.

“Even with how good they are – I really like the manager, I like the team, I like how they play – if you look at their away form compared to their home form...we're not the only ones," Dyche said.

"Even a side with their power have not had it easy away from home and we intend on not making it easy here.

“They're a fine side with a really good. They've got depth there as well.

“They've got some real quality but we've taken on good sides at Turf Moor and delivered good performances. We have to perform whoever we play."
