BLACKBURN Rovers boss Steve Kean has insisted that Venky's are 'going nowhere' and that they remain fully behind him as manager.
At today's pre-match press confernce, Kean said that he had spoken to the club's owners following Rovers' relegation to the Championship, which was confirmed on Monday night.
When asked if he thought Venky's were the right owners for the club, he said: "Yes, absolutely, 100 per cent.
"I said a number of weeks ago this is a changing time for the club. We have new owners. I am new into the job, but the club is moving forward and there are exciting times for the club.
"We have taken a massive backward step but we have to look forward. I am sure we can get back at the first time of asking.
"The owners are not going anywhere and I am not going anywhere."
Rovers were still unable to confirm if deputy chief executive Paul Hunt had left the club and Kean declined to comment on Hunt's 10-point letter to Venky's.
