I agree STC We've had our run in's me & you on here but, I agree entirely with what you say. Hanging on to hope that this situation would never materialize as proved to be pure folly on my B&W heart. Now that the blinkers are off and one that I never ever wished upon me is heartbreaking. That said, I am off the mind that BRFC will be resurrected and our history will be restored in the not to distant future. I will never forgive this lot for the way they have turned supporter on supporter and more importantly denying me the option to attend and watch my beloved BRFC. Arte et labore

I have always feared the Venkys would do a Bhatti Brother job on us and leave us out to dry. If that occurs we are going to have to kick our heels for some time. The Bhattis never had the facility of the parachute payments, and they hung around for far too long.
As supporters we have got to hit these swine hard and quickly, even at the heartbreak of an empty Ewood Park.

Its unbelievable that no journalist has thought of taking last weeks quotes from Kean to the next press conference and when the answers to the questions are completely different pointing them out?

Is every time Kean speaks to the press censored to such an amount that the article is basically written by him. If so what is the point in it being a story?

40 years in my case and always had a season ticket, but I have not been to Ewood since 20th December and will not return until Kean has gone and we get some honest answers from Venky's as to their plans. I have sent many e.mails and letters to the club but simply get propaganda back and get told to get behind the team, the only way I can let the club know how I feel is stay away, I suggested to Paul Hunt that the club contact all the stay away fans and ask them why, but I did not get a reply to that, they are either THICK or simple do not want to know the truth. It breaks my heart not going to the match any more and going to Tesco an a saturday afternoon is no comfort, but lets be honest, with this lot in charge Ewood will be a Tesco in 10 years time and Brockhall will be a housing estate, oh, and Venky's will be several million pounds richer. For the long term good of this once glorious club stay away and hurt Venky's where it really hurts, in their pocket.

I am a simpleton,i can't really concentrate on more than one team at a time.
This is why i have a season ticket.
I don't have Sky because i can only seem to be able to digest short highlights like those on Match of the Day,my brain just can't absorb all the information.
I did though manage to read an article which seemed to suggest that Rovers would get some thing like £40 million this season from Sky tv,with season ticket sales paying for a pair of Colleen Rooney's shoes.

1958 for me Sherwood, my dad started taking me the year we got promoted to the first division along with Charlton Athletic. I hate whats gone on with our beloved club since the slimy Walkers Trust sold us to the India Fakirs. But even for me (living away from Blackburn for quite a while now) it is still a terrible feeling watching the club I love implode and fall apart and kill everything that was built before. I really envy the Rovers fans who can get to matches and support the club every week...and I also respect the fans that choose not to go as a way of protesting at the rotten set-up. But I must admit that I was back home then I would be one of those who would be still watching the Rovers - even despite who owned the club or who managed it. Yes I would vent my feelings at their ineptitude and ignorance and systematic looting of our club and I would protest as loudly as anyone - but I would still be there if I could be. Even if we end up playing sunday league football down at Pleasington, then I would be there still. As it would still be my club, the club I supported all my life, the club that has been part of mine and my families life for over 50 years. The club will live-on and still be around (in some form) long after the Kean and Venky Fakirs have crawled away back down the drainhole that they emerged from and belong in.

Do not want to sound patronising, but we did not go up with Charlton in 1958. We beat them 4-3 when a draw would have kept us down and Charlton would have gone up. I was there, but I was too young to appreciate it all!!!

yes sorry it west ham we went up with and the 4-3 win meant we finished second and charlton third....but that was the start of the blue and white blood infection that still exists in my veins today..shame the memory lets us down sometimes!
