Burnley had 27 shots to Doncaster's 7, and only 2 goals to show for it. Another 3 points thank you...that'll do nicely.
So, we are now 3 points behind Leicester after they equalized against a plucky Yeovil, they have a game in hand, and have a 2 goal advantage.
We could decimate the goal and points advantage on Saturday, but the game in hand is out of Burnlet's hands.
Hope the Gaffer will sneak Ings and Trippier back in on Saturday?

Cheers Juan. You were unlucky tonight through a little lax in concentration. Bowyer taking Dunny off was silly, but Gestede got a goal, and you get a point, but a win was what you needed. Barnsley did you proud.

What a game from Junior Stanislas! Perfect time to hit a bit of form. Rated 9 tonight!

Despite the dodgy back pass (when we were show boating with the olays) that lead to marneys booking

Junior was outSTANing!!!!

Marney booking was the only blemish on a good night. He really does run the engine room. Dunno who they can put in there who will run the game like him.

Junior will be on soccer am the way he brought the ball down n beat his man in 1 movement in the scone half.

Before tonight I was worried bout derby cos they av easy run in. Admittedly no games are easy but theirs on paper were easier. 13 points in 8 games must be too much for them which leaves qpr. Time to check their fixtures.

I still won't join in with e I e I e I o tho until it is certain but it is looking good.

Is it possible this team could take 21 more points, finish with 100 and take some hardware? We shall see. GO CLARETS!!

could n t agree more ref Stanislas - great game - Ref the showboating - I hate it when the crowd cheer every pass as if we are taking the Mickey as it puts the players off etc - we did it v forest when 3-0 up and the same happened - mistakes made and we lost our momentum as a team - A pet hate of mine and one I wish the fans would realize does not seem to help the team.

Would have thought Wallace was the naturalguy to ill that slot. Don't think it really maters though as all the replacements have done an excellent job for us this season.
