WE'LL DO IT OUR WAY.

(with apologies to Frank Sinatra) And now the game is near, And so we face the mighty Chelsea, My friends, I'll say it clear, I'll state my case, Of which I'm certain.

We've enjoyed a season that's full, Travelled up and down the motorway.

But more, please more than this, We want to walk down Wembley Way.

Regrets. We've had a few.

In fact I'd say Too many to mention.

They did what they had to do Despite injuries and suspension Mark's planned a chartered course, Each careful step on the road to Wembley And given our luck with the draw He's done it the hard way.

Yes there's been times When we all knew, We might not match Ronaldo and Roo.

But through it all When we've had doubts They've always kept us in with a shout We've faced them all And can still stand tall Because we'll walk down Wembley Way.

We've watched we've laughed and cried.

We've had our fill of gaffs and losing.

And now as tears subside I still cant find Mr. Devine amusing.

To think he did all that And may I say in a shy way Oh no lets forget about him He can stick his flag on Wembley Way.

For what is a team?

What has it got?

If not belief Then it has nought Mark says the things He truly feels.

And not the words Of one who kneels The record will show He took on Jose Mourinho And won it his way!

By John Myles (who promises to sing this in front of the townhall if we beat Chelsea in the FA Cup this Sunday!)
