Pendle Forest Orienteers will shortly be starting their popular Autumn Series of events which are suitable for all abilities including novices, children and families.
The format is the same for each, with meetings on Saturday mornings, which are open to members and non-members alike.
You will be able to enter on the day, but parties are requested to contact the organisers first.
Registration is from 10am to 11.30am with staggered starts from 10.30am to noon.
For the more technically minded there are White, Yellow, Orange and score courses available (but all this means is that the organisers can cater for everyone).
The season opens on September 9 at Towneley Park, Burnley followed by Marl Pits, Rawtenstall on September 16.
Peel Park in Accrington is the venue on September 23 while the competitors will be at Sunnyhurst Woods in Darwen on September 30.
Staghill Woods, Waterfoot is the location for the closer on October 7.
