OLYMPIC tickets went on general sale today as those who have missed out so far get their chance to attend the games.
The London 2012 Organising Committee (LOCOG) has confirmed further details of tickets available in the general sale, which starts at 11am.
There is still good availability for archery, badminton, basketball, beach volleyball, canoe sprint, diving, handball, hockey, but at higher price points from £45–£450.
There is limited availability in the race walk, mountain biking, artistic gymnastics, rowing, sailing and qater polo.
There are still some £20 tickets available for the boxing, fencing, football, table tennis, taekwondo, volleyball, weightlifting and with limited availability in judo and wrestling (both freestyle and Greco-Roman).
There is low availability in gymnastics (trampoline) and shooting, with tickets starting from £40 to £185, while there is very low availability for tickets to medal events.
Customers can purchase up to four tickets per session, and can purchase up to four sessions in one transaction for all available sports apart from football.
Between 20 and 30 tickets per session can be purchased for football.
Tickets for the Olympic Park are also still available.
