A HOST of female footballers from Blackburn Rovers have received international call-ups.
Rovers Ladies duo Danielle Oates and Gemma Jackson have been selected to attend a Wales Women’s Under-19 training camp in Cardiff from May 29 to June 1, while team-mate Danielle Whitham has been called up from the standby list to the main England Women’s Under-19 squad for a training camp in Coventry next month.
From the club’s Centre of Excellence, Keira Walsh and Lorrie Doze have been called up to an England Women’s Under-17 training camp at the University of Warwick between Friday June 1 and Tuesday June 5, while Georgia Stanway will join up with the England Women’s Under-15 squad at the same venue from Wednesday, June 6 to Friday, June 8.
