IAN Rabagliati starred for Salesbury as the Red Caps marched into the third round of the Yorkshire Tea National Village Cup thanks to an easy win over Shireshead and Forton on Sunday.
The wicketkeeper scored a brilliant 100 in the win over the Westmorland League outfit as Salesbury batted first and piled on the runs at Ribchester Road.
Rabagliati shared a 171-run stand for the first wicket with Ben Rigby, who made 65, as the locals posted 195-5 from their 40 overs.
That total was too many for the side from the south of Lancaster, who lost wickets at regular intervals in the face of excellent bowling and fielding from Salesbury.
Roger Grogan and Peter Blackman were the main bowling stars as they claimed three wickets each as Shireshead and Forton were bowled out for 132 in the 31st over.
They will play either Great Corby or Milnthorpe in the next round.
Chipping, who beat Foulridge, will play Lake District outfit Burneside in the third round on June 3.
