Clitheroe Hockey Club has joined forces with Westholme to run coaching sessions for boys and girls every Monday night 6.30-8pm at the school.
The sessions, to be held on the pitch at Meins Road, Blackburn, will run for 10 weeks to give juniors the opportunity to try hockey for the first time, or develop their skills if they have already played All sessions are open to children across East Lancashire and the Ribble Valley with the sessions split into two age groups and priced at just £2.50 per session – 6-10years (mini colts) & 11-15yrs (colts) Former GB player and Commonwealth Games medal winner Charlotte Hartley and England and National League player Fay Nash will be among the coaches.
Also involved will be former Ribble Valley club coach of the year Jez Palmer and junior coaches Anna Hollingworth & Nic Horsfall all supporting sessions.
