GOALKEEPER Brian Jensen returns to the Clarets line-up for the first time since September, and striker Jay Rodriguez is named on the bench after recovering from a groin injury.

Burnley's top scorer has missed the last eight games, but worked hard to get back to fitness and make sure his season did not end prematurely.

Captain Chris McCann is also among the substitues, missing out on the chance to start all 46 league games this season.

There is no place in the 16 for goalkeeper Lee Grant, however, as Jon Stewart comes back into the squad for the first time since January.

Danny Ings returns to the starting XI in place of McCann, and is expected to partner Charlie Austin up front, while Daniel Lafferty makes his home debut for the Clarets.

This afternoon's visit of Bristol City is Barry Kilby's final game as chairman. He will step down at the end of May after 13-and-a-half years at the Turf Moor helm.

The 63-year-old is to make a presentation to the youth team at half-time, after the Under 18s finished runners up to Preston in the Youth Alliance North West Division.
