AFC Darwen made it back to back wins to climb off the bottom of NWCL Division One.
Having beaten Holker Old Boys on Tuesday, Darwen stormed to a 4-0 lead thanks to goals from Karl Turner (9), Bobby Langford (21), Steve Lee (60) and Kiel Lonsdale (66).
Cheadle hit back with goals from Andrew Lindon and Sam Hall but Darwen hung on to win.
