Blackburn Rovers target Mirko Vucinic is unlikely to move to Ewood Park with several other clubs understood to be a more attractive option for him.
Roma’s Montenegrin striker is seeking a move and Rovers are believed to be prepared to meet the asking price but the player is keener on other options.
Roma’s director of football Walter Sabatini was in England yesterday to talk to several potential buyers, including Tottenham Hotspur.
The striker could also opt to stay in Italy with Juventus known to be interested.
