Michel Salgado was voted Blackburn Rovers’ disabled supporters player of the year, having already made 32 Premier League appearances this season.
The club provides a forum for disabled supporters and runs minibus travel for fans to every Rovers away game.
More than 100 members of the group plus players and guests attended the awards dinner.
