DARWEN completed the first phase of their quadruple trophy trail after winning a low scoring Thwaites Northern League Twenty20 final.
Batting first, Darwen were bowled out for 78 with professional Imran Ali (15) and Keith Semple (16) top scoring.
In reply, Lancaster slumped to 13-4 before being bowled all out for just 53 off 14.3 overs.
Ali, Andrew Cook and captain Andrew Mercer took three wickets each with Mercer also running out professional Jannisar Khan for a duck.
Darwen play Bootle in the final of the Lancashire Cup at Old Trafford next month, face Lancaster in the Thwaites League Cup semi final on Sunday and are currently second in the league.
