Jason Rawson: "Our aim is to improve on last season and get away from the bottom of the table and I think we are certainly capable of it.

Prediction: The Red Caps were bottom in their debut season – but they will be better this time around for that experience. Susantha Pradeep will make an impact with his leggies and Salesbury will shock a few.
