VINNY Mukendi equalised in stoppage time to deny Accrington Stanley victory at Macclesfield Town tonight.

Hamza Bencherif put the hosts in front in the 22nd minute when he got the last touch to deflect Tyrone Barnett's header past Alex Cisak.

But Andy Procter levelled with a sensational 25-yard effort with 17 minutes left and Phil Edwards put Stanley 2-1 up six minutes later as he converted a penalty after Terry Gornell had been tripped.

Macclesfield's Carl Tremarco was then sent off for a second bookable offence before Mukendi arrived at the far post to make it 2-2 three minutes into injury time.
