WESTHOLME has again shown off its all round sporting ability after winning more honours.
The school has succeeded at local and county level in sports ranging from athletics to netball and badminton to golf.
The Blackburn school sent a team of golfers to the East Lancashire Girls Golf competition which was held at Darwen Golf Club.
The trio, made up of Alicia and Elizabeth Stebbings and Sophie Lamb all returned as prize-winners.
Talented runner, Rebecca Taylor who shone at the English Schools Fell Running Championship will now represent Great Britain in the World Championships to be held in Italy next month.
Honours also went to the schools under 15s netball team who were crowned Lancashire champions while county honours also went to the schools under 16s badminton team.
