Blackburn Rovers boss Sam Allardyce has suggested loan striker Franco Di Santo would be returning to Chelsea this summer.
Allardyce said: “I think Franco, it wasn’t about the performances, it was about the goal ratio not matching the performance.
"In the end our problem all season has been scoring goals.
"We ended up having to move him back to the subs bench “Franco’s run gave us one goal in the entire run he had.
"If it had been one in five or four, it would have been great and he would probably have still been in the side now.
