Blackburn Rovers have played down reports suggesting the Walker family want to sever all ties with the club.
Rovers indicated last summer that Jack Walker's trustees - the people in ultimate control of the club - were actively seeking new investment.
As things stand, that situation hasn't changed but no deals are imminent.
