BLACKBURN Rovers defender Zurab Khizanishvili has joined Championship side Reading on loan for the rest of the season.
The 28-year-old Georgian only returned from a three-month spell at Newcastle in December and, with 18 months still left on his Ewood contract, Rovers are likely to be willing to make the switch to Reading permanent in the summer if he impresses at the Madejski.
