Blackburn Rovers midfielder David Dunn is still expected to enter talks to extend his Ewood Park stay after an impressive start to the season.
With two years still left on his contract, negotiations will not be rushed but both parties remain confident an extension will be agreed.
Chairman John Williams said: “David has two years left on his contract so there is no rush. But I think we all want to extend his contract.”
