Blackburn Rovers chief John Williams has poured cold water on rumours linking the club with a move for Portsmouth midfielder Matt Taylor who has been told he can leave Fratton Park.
Portsmouth have had a couple of bids accepted for the 27-year-old, one believed to be from this Sunday's opponents Bolton Wanderers
