BURNLEY are yet to make a decision on the future of striker Nahki Wells.
The 28-year-old is widely expected to leave the club on loan this summer, just a year after a £5million move for Huddersfield Town.
Wells made just nine substitute appearances in the Premier League last season having arrived at the club while recovering from a foot injury.
The £11million addition of Matej Vydra has seen him drop further down the pecking order and Derby County, Vydra's former club, are keen to take the Bermudan international on a season-long loan.
But Wells trained with the Clarets ahead of the Europa League tie with Istanbul Basaksehir and Dyche said a decision on where his future lies was yet to made.
"Nakhi is fighting for his chance to play and there’s been a bit of interest in him from outside, but we haven’t made a decision on that and neither has he," he said.
"We’re very open with our players, knowing what’s right for them and what’s right for us.”
