Rovers have announced a pre-season friendly with Champions League finalists Liverpool.
Jurgen Klopp’s side will make the trip to Ewood Park on Thursday, July 19 (7.45pm).
That will be Rovers’ fifth friendly of pre-season with still one more home fixture to announce.
Tony Mowbray’s side have already arranged games with Hibernian (July 8), Port Vale (July 14), Lincoln City (July 22) and Accrington Stanley (July 28).
There is still one more home friendly, against higher league opposition, to be announced.

The World Cup is likely to rule out some of Liverpool’s star names from featuring, but the likes of Virgil van Dijk, Gini Wijnaldum, Nabi Keita, Andrew Robertson, Fabinho and Adam Lallana would all be expected to feature.
Tickets will be priced at £10 for adults, £5 for seniors (65+) and young adults (ages 18-21), and £2 for juniors (under-18s).
The two teams last met in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup during the 2014/15 season, with Liverpool winning the replay at Ewood Park 1-0.
