BLACKBURN Rovers midfielder Lee Williamson has sustained a knee injury while on international duty.
Williamson was set to win his second Jamaica cap in tomorrow night’s friendly in Seoul against South Korea.
But the 33-year-old, who made his Reggae Boyz debut last month, will play no part in the match after colliding with a team-mate during training last night.
Reports in Jamaica state that Williamson underwent a MRI scan which showed he has suffered contusion and soft tissue damage.
Williamson has remained in South Korea and he watched the Reggae Boyz’ training session in the Seoul World Cup Stadium tonight with ice on his swollen knee.
