IT'S not quite the free-flowing football we expect to see at Turf Moor next season - but this 113-year-old footage shows the Clarets hosting Manchester United just months after they adopted their iconic name.
The grainy footage shows Burnley, in the lighter tops, hosting United in a game they eventually went on to lose 2-0.
Previously Newton Heath, United were a Second-Division team in 1902-03, finishing the season in fifth place.

They would have to wait until 1907 to play in the First Division for the first time under their new name.
Burnley, one of the founders of the Football League, finished the season at the bottom of the Second Division.
