FORMER Blackburn flop Lorenzo Amoruso is considering making a comeback - nine months after he quit Ewood Park!
The veteran defender, who made just 21 appearances in three injured-plagued years with Rovers, is reportedly in talks with Serie B side Bari about a possible playing return in his homeland.
The 35-year-old hasn't played competitively since he left Rovers when his contract expired last summer, but he told the Telegraph at the time that he fancied finishing his career in Italy and now that looks a real possibility.
Amoruso actually began his career at Bari before moving on to Fiorentina and then Rangers.
He now has his own agency, as well as pursuing a number of other business interests, but now it seems like he's ready to pull on his boots again.
