EMILY Taylor is among the early starters when she gets her Deloitte Open campaign underway in Holland today.
The Chorley ace tees off at 9.17am at the Ladies European Tour Event in Amsterdam.
Taylor is grouped with Sally Watson and Amy Boulden for the event which features a number of the world’s top players.
The 19-year-old enters the competition in high spirits after a strong performance in the Turkish Open earlier this month.
A superb second round 71 helped Taylor make the cut and recover from a disappointing opening 79.
Indeed the East Lancashire ace’s second round score was bettered by just six others including eventual winner Valentine Derry.
Taylor’s score was also two better than English golf’s newest sensation – Charley Hull who shot a 73 on her way to third place.
In her final round Taylor shot 76 for an eventual tie of 45th place on seven over par – 14 shots behind the winner.
