CLITHEROE and District Motor Club have attracted a bumper entry to their traditional end of season rally, the Hall Trophy Rally in Lincolnshire.
Rally ace Terry Martin, who will team up with Andy Fraser in their Darrian T9 V6, will join a host of other entrants including Steve Johnson and Dave Barratt, plus Johnson’s daughter Hazel, who has enjoyed a superb campaign.
“It is our end of year party and it looks like we’ll have a lot of cars over there,” said Martin. “It is always a super weekend, with some testing driving and a nice social afterwards.”
The Hall Trophy is staged at the Blyton Airfield and is run in conjunction with Lindholme Motor Sports Club.
The single venue rally has 40 stage miles on sealed surfaces.
Camping is available to crews who attend a Friday scrutineering slot before the rally on Saturday.
