SAM Vokes’ penalty has put Burnley in front at half time in tonight’s Championship fixture at Doncaster Rovers.
The first half produced few chances, with Tom Heaton saving an early effort from Federico Macheda.
Michael Kightly miskicked a volley from a good position for Burnley, before Heaton saved again from James Coppinger.
But the Clarets went ahead on the stroke of half time as Vokes was felled by Rob Jones in the box, before getting up to send Ross Turnbull the wrong way from the spot.
