Venkeys you have made this club the laughing stock of football. I don't think anyone on the board as got any idea how a football club is run. Venkeys made the biggest mistake in football history by sacking big Sam. The rest is there for everyone to see. There is no other man in history with a worse starting manager than berg. Getting ready to go to the game today although I can't say I'm really looking forward to it.

I would say that the players owe both us fans AND HB a performance today.

Although I think HB hasnt always helped himself by not picking his best starting 11 there is no doubt that he has been badly let down by the Rovers hierarchy especially SS AND most of the senior players since he has taken over as manager.

Time for those players to step up and deliver - Murphy and Ethuhu especially.

Should we lose today it would not surprise me if that moron (SS) sacked HB and plunged us into more chaos whilst failing to address the core problems (again) - mainly himself and Venkys !!

The Walker Trust made the biggest mistake in football history by selling out to The Venkys.......the rest is history....the departure of John Williams being a far greater factor than the departure of Allardyce.

Where we go from here is anybody's guess...one day maybe it will be our club again where we can be respected in the football world once more ....but with the dreadful, incompetent management we have it will not be any time soon......a happy new year to all decent and fair minded football fans out there including those at The Turf!

Whilst I don't pretend that Fergie would have struggled a bit with this setup, I'm convinced an experienced manager like Holloway, Schuster (Big Sam?) would have scraped at least enough wins together for us to be rallying for an automatic playoff position and the fans behind him 100%, which was what was sorely needed, after the debacle of the relegation and Kean's farcical replacement circus.

Berg needs this to keep his job. If we lose today, talk is, it might be his last game in charge, and to be brutally honest, I don't think I'll care all that much.

A manager's success is measured by results and results alone. I would love to give Berg an extended honeymoon period to pick his team and get settled, but we all know we can't afford that luxury and if Berg isn't capable of putting a team together with the big money names in it, that can play like they WANT to win, then he isn't right for Rovers in the present climate.

Cannot make the game today(as apathy crept into my soul ?)

I have some sympathy for our players as i know what it's like trying to do your job under the management of people who don't know what they are doing. It becomes impossible to make a professional job of it. You get frustrated and disillusioned and when you try to speak up you are condemned as a trouble maker. I suspect this happened with some of our players under Kean and most probably with Singh. Being told how to do something by people not qualified is infuriating

BERG days is over and venkys sell up now.

Here, rather than Friedel coming to replace Robinson, is the principle. Friedel could have come back to Ewood as first choice keeper rather than bench warming at Spurs. But he chose not to. As long as the Venkys circus with Singh as ringmaster rolls on with chaos and incompetence we will find that this will be the response from players and managers alike. If we look at our current squad, how many are there for a final payday or are on salaries far in excess of their ability levels? If we evaluate the squad as a team able to hold its own in the premiership, how many would we retain? You could probably count them on one hand. The issue today is not that Friedel chose the bench at Spurs, it is why he chose not to come to Ewood

Well Friedel says it all - after all the hype by Berg - staying at Spurs and who would'nt!!!!
So if Robinson now decides to leave which I dont blame him one bit after the treatment he has received from Berg & Co god help us!!!!!!

I believe the issue today is quite simple. Rovers are at a cross roads. Venkys need to insert a vast amount of cash and get rid of the dross or see the club fall further down to the next league and join the also -rans on a permananent basis. At the moment we are sinking fast and rapid action needs to be taken to avoid relegation this season. On their past history I think the outlook is indeed bleak

The problem is not Brad Freidel - it is Ewood and the Management. What this says is quality players (& Managers/Coacjes) will give Ewood a wide berth while Shebby and Venkys are around.

January transfer market will be the acid test now promotion is an outside bet whatever spin those at Ewood profer.

As for today just compete in the middle of the park - close down quickly and defend properly all things we have failed to do consistently since the start of the season.

If to that one can add some decent service to Rhodes for the 1st time we may stand a chance of 3 points. Ideally we need 9 points from next 3 games to get back in touch with the top instead of looking over our shoulders at the bottom five who are starting to make inroads in case Sheebby hadnt noticed

More clap trap from Berg. We'll get diddley squat today. Boro are a tough side to beat at home. We'll do well to keep it to 2 - 0 which is my forecast. We are in free fall under the current regime and Berg has already proved that he can't make any difference to this side. The players have no appetite for the battle - despite what he keeps saying. They are overpaid and haven't the mettle at Championship level. This is an extremely tough league with a number of good sides all vying for promotion. We will end up mid table at best

It just about shows the incompetence of the current BRFC administration to even allow such spin regarding Brad Freidel, while the alterior motive was always to off-load Robinson in this transfer window regardless. No wonder the attendance figures continue to plummit!
And again, here we have HB demanding an away win were most would be satisfied with a draw at 0-0 and a lean sheet for once. The likelihood of either would be a miracle under the circumstances!!

Pity about Friedel, its obvious he prefers the spuds. No matter if Friedel is 41, even if he was dead and we wheeled him out on a sack truck with a plank down his back like El Cid or weekend at Bernies, he'd still be a better keeper than rhino arse Robinson. Take it to the bank. Robinson is PANTS

First, I hate the venkys for what they have done to my club, they have broken it down into a mediocre championship side from what was quite simply the best run club in Britain. I despised Steve Kean for refusing to have the guts to admit he was way out of his depth and his pure deluded take on the side and life in general. And I've watched home and away as players have gone from average premier league players punching above their weight, to lost little boys hiding on a football pitch. But still there are some people I hate more than that, and that is the walker trustees. They sold us out to the brainless retches venkys, and they are sole to blame. Venkys are clueless but the trustees should have spotted it.

Anyway, now I believe we fans should do everything possible especially in difficult times to bring the fans & BRFC together.
We need to be stronger, we need to show the world we can come together in times of need and this period is that occasion.
I believe in BRFC and Blackburn and would ask every fan and resident of the Lancashire area to get together and be positive. We shall not be allowed to be dragged to the bottom of everything.
We are a proud people of Lancashire a proud club and we should raise ourselves to where we belong to the upper echelons of English society and the the premiership again one day soon.

I think we should raid clubs who are thinking of bringing in new players themselves.
e.g. QPR as it seems are a club waiting to make changes to their staff hence a good time to get some of their players.
I can think of some at QPR who could fit the bill.

Sorry guys looks like it was a waste of your hard earned money, as a Boro fan living in Blackburn I can really sympathises the way your club is going, we have had it countless times with the Boro, we weren't called the Yoyo team for nothing.
On the plus side we have a passionate chairman in Gibbo, a life long fan, were as you have the venkys who basically have not got a fluffing clue. No promotion for Blackburn this season, probably not for the Boro either they are like Christmas Decorations the go down after Christmas.
