It was a more than deserved equaliser in a game that we had 57% of the posession, more shots and twice as many on target.

Face it mate 11 against 11 we are superior!

A last minute equaliser against our main rivals is always gonna be celebrated.

At least we know B******** are our rivals.

absolutely spot-on assessment M7....we ere beaten by a good side who had pace and enthusiasm and who worked hard for each other. We were actually coming back into it early in the second half even at 2-1 down and two good breaks and two good goals put paid to any hopes. Didnt deserve much from the game but we didn't deserve to lose 4-1.

It was definitely not a team performance by Rovers - we looked what we are - just a team of individuals randomly put together by the Odious one without any thought about building a decent side.

Berg has a big job to do here, and he has to be given time to build his own team. Poor crowd poor display poor result....

I agree with the frst part but disagre with the second part. How can you blame Venkys for players coming out only in second half to play. They are not at races in first half. Also surprised Kazim didnot start the game following his performance in the last few games as a sub. Also baffled Vukevic did not come on when Formica came off. Berg needs to ponder with his decisions. We have some good players but we seem to be tactically naive and no game plan.

spot on about Kazim-Richards. Thought it strange also when he came on during HT to warmup that no one was with him. Also why was Pedersen fooling around?? Etuhu should not be in the team. His backward passing is beyond a joke and if he is even on the coach to Blackpool there has got to be questions of Berg's understanding of what is going on.

And to be honest Rovers, as berg says, are not very far away. The game could have gone either way but for some slack defending and as far as blaming hendry for that. You don't give Lewis Hamilton a fiat 500 and then moan that he never wins a race do you. Its pretty obvious to most football followers that Hanley and Dann are not a good combination, thats why we got relegated and they are supposed to somehow become better because of what exactly??? Our best centre half on the books is Givet, and if you consider that when Big Sam was here we played him at right back because our centre backs of Samba and Nelsen were too good, you can see quite easily why we are where we are.
The defensive issues have not been sorted and our central midfield has not been sorted either. So hopefully in the next window, Berg will get his chance to sort it out.
I do agree about Venkys though, I mean why bother letting Kean spend all your money when he was obviously clueless shows they lack foresight.

O/K good comments ,respect your opinions, sometimes you have to find the balance between anger and sense , maybe we should accept the dark times before the dawn /the rebirth , but I fear we are only at the beginning of the dark days that lie ahead.
