JAMES Beattie scored on his first start for Accrington Stanley as they claimed an impressive win at Fleetwood Town in League Two.
Beattie, who made his Reds debut as a second-half substitute at Barnet on Friday, struck from the penalty spot to put Stanley ahead in the ninth minute.
George Miller added a second goal in the 17th minute and Stanley were 3-0 up just after the hour mark as Rommy Boco netted.
Fleetwood, who have been occupying the play-off places in recent weeks, pulled a goal back through Jamie McGuire in the 67th minute but it was not enough to trouble Stanley.
