RE: ME Bysh letter, ‘Every picture tells a story’ (LT, January 16).

We didn’t see doctors and nurses treating patients in the picture because of confidentiality laws.

I’m sure I would not like my picture taken if I was in A&E very ill.

The doctors and nurses at the station in the picture will be looking on the computer for blood results, scan and x-ray results.

They have moved on a tad now and things can be accessed via computer. The doctors and nurses on the phones will probably be finding beds, asking advice from seniors or speaking to members of families.

These people work very hard and are there for 12 or 13 hours a day sometimes without breaks so please do not suggest they are lazy.
