Railway works badly planned
Will Network Rail will be paying compensation for everybody’s wasted time at the living wage rate?
This will teach them to plan ahead for the possibility of unexpected delays, to not leave hundreds standing around in midwinter and then fail to make arrangements for getting the stranded people to their destinations.
