Taxes going up in smoke?
RE, We will stamp out the smoking habit, insist Blackburn with Darwen health bosses In 1991 the government took £6.8 billion in tax revenue from smokers . In 2013 this had risen to £12.3 billion. Who is going to make up this income if the smokers aren’t paying it?
