RE, HIV WORRY: Blackburn man slams 'syringe' pens Couldn't agree more. They do appear to be just wrong, on so many levels, but I doubt that anything can be done about it, by anyone. This is the sort of trashy junk that you would expect to be sold in Blackpool and not Blackburn.
Am curious as to why they would be on sale to over 18's only though, as this suggests that alarm bells have been set ringing somewhere else.
Sign of the times, I suppose, where anything goes, in an effort to make money.
