SPORTY sorts at a Valley primary school are hoping to swim, ride and run like never before at the Rossendale Triathlon.
It will be the third year Edenfield Primary has been represented in the gruelling challenge, which takes place on May 26.
For the first outing, Simon Holland was the sole entrant and raised £800 on behalf of the parent teacher association.
But 12 months later, the Market Street school had parents, governors and teachers teams, collecting £1,200.
The 2013 triathlon will see no fewer than 14 Edenfield competitiors, with a fundraising target of £2,000.
