TWO top artists have been working with visitors of Rossendale Museum to create a newspaper exploring the importance of nature.
German-born artists Kaspar Wimberley and Susanne Kudielk have designed the project so they can learn about the Valley’s relationship with nature.
The newspaper will then be used to wrap up the fish and chips at ‘Tony's Fresh Fishmongers’ in Rawtenstall.
The groups that have written the paper are Belmount School, Members of the East Lancashire Railway Preservation Society, Robert MacDonald and Diana Maddison (local mountaineers) and the Rossendale Rugby Club.
Kaspar Wimberley and Susanne Kudielka have been working with Britain’s most prolific taxidermy authority, Pat Morris, to X-ray a collection of stuffed animals housed at the museum.
